Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and support sales team activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and maintaining sales records.
– Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
– Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
– Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
– Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
– 1-3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
– Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English, Mandarin & Cantonese to interact with customers and internal teams from China & Hong Kong
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
– Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Good problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
– Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques to assist in sales deal closures.
– Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration or a related field.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is RM 3000 to RM 4000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
