We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Green Building Assistant Consultant. As a Green Building Assistant Consultant, you will work closely with our team of experts to provide support and assistance in various aspects of green building projects. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in conducting research and analysis on green building technologies, materials, and practices.
2. Support the development of sustainability strategies and green building certification processes.
3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with green building standards and regulations.
4. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
5. Conduct site visits and assist with on-site assessments to evaluate green building performance.
6. Assist in the coordination and implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in green building practices and technologies.
8. Provide administrative support to project managers and senior consultants as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or engineering.
2. Strong passion for sustainability and green building practices.
3. Excellent research and analytical skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese as you will be dealing with clientele & colleagues from Mainland China & Hong Kong
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Knowledge of green building rating systems (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) is a plus.
9. Prior experience or internships in a related field is preferred but not required.
