Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
1.0 Assist the Cost Controller for the efficient operation of the store section.
2.0 Maintains all goods (sundries, stationary & beverages) in the store safely & properly and ensures that all store inventories are up-dated at all times.
3.0 Requests for purchases of inventory stock for replenishments – (operating equipment, sundries, stationary & beverages).
4.0 Prepares the daily receiving & issuing reports.
5.0 Checks the monthly stock lists.
6.0 Issues & posts the stationery & printings inventory.
7.0 Prepares internal print orders form.
8.0 Ensures that goods are issued on first-in-first-out method.
9.0 Posts all invoices to materials control system for department orders.
10.0 Analyses the sundries, stationery, beverages & printing monthly consumption.
11.0 Performs half yearly operating equipment stock take.
Job requirement
1.0 ITE and above.
2.0 Min 2 yrs experience in a similar position in hotel industry.
3.0 Have basic computer skills for the day to day operation.
4.0 Familar with the Materials Control System.
