**Job Requirements**:
**Administration Support**
– Handle incoming and outgoing courier documents, faxes and mails and daily collection incoming letters from letter box.
– Handling requests and queries appropriately related to Admin and Operational tasks. Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by COO and Special Officer.
– Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary and assist with the arrangement for maintenance of office facilities & equipment.
– Responsible for purchase of office related supplies (such as stationary, pantry supplies) and food ordering. Run errands as requested.
– Undertake ad-hoc assignments or mini projects – project manage appropriately to ensure deliverables are as per target timeline, with regular progress updates provided to COO and Special Officer
– Coordinating gifts and deliveries & booking appointments for any corporate meeting and events.
– Oversee the general office space, to ensure everything is well in order, and the team is working in an optimal and safe environment.

**Operational Support**
– Support Operation Manager and E-Commerce & Fulfillment Executive in managing all online orders and warehouse arrangements.
– Assures the proper product is picked properly and accurately for all custom orders. As well as packing the items nicely and representable suited with the luxury and brand of items.
– Support Boutique Sales Assistant in advising and assisting walk-in customers. Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper handbags, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
– Promoting our online website, social media and our products. As well as upselling products.
– Organizing products in the physical boutique properly according to the SOP. As well as assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
– Support Creative Team in producing any product photography, graphic contents, photoshoot session and marketing campaign & promotions.

– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– 2+ years experience of working experience as an Admin Assistant.
– Well-organized and able to work with tight deadlines.
– Able to work with minimum supervision, fully-committed and meticulous.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to execute to according to company's principles

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
