– Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to schedule (loading stocks, packing and wrapping parcels, label, ship)
– Prepare goods for shipment or delivery
– Verify online inventory sytem and sort items before packing.
– Reserve and put aside items that are ordered online by customers.
– Identify and see if there are any issues with items while packing.
– Report to supervisor if any issue or damage with items.
– Packing the items nicely and representable suited with the luxury and brand of items.
– Ensure the workplace, station, and storage area are clean and tidy.
– Receive and process warehouse stock product (arranging stocks, label, store)
– Assist Fulfilment & Warehouse Exec for any other task such as preparing AWB, fulfillment of order etc.
– Assist and support E-commerce Executive with stock take and any other ad hoc tasks.
– Lift heavy boxes for new arrivals shipment.
– Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
– Stock count_
– Done twice every month.
– Count stock balance.
– Maintain effective and efficient warehouse operations.
– Ensure good housekeeping.
– Adherence to inventory control/management towards inventory accuracy.

**OUR PREFERRED CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE ;**
– **IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa Maju (near Wangsa Walk Mall)**:

– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– SPM/STPM or related field
– 1 Year + experience in supply chain management, distribution, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics and operations
– Possess good teamwork, communications, planning and multitasking skills.
– Decent computer skills and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
– Good command of languages especially English and Bahasa.
– Able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Good communication and problem-solving skills is essential for this position.
– Self-discipline and consistent work quality is essential.
– Any work experience in warehouse or fulfillment environment will be an added advantage.
– Able to work on weekends (including Saturday and Sunday) during e-commerce peak sale days.
– **Additional skills**:

– Skills of problem-solving of quality issues
– Balancing accuracy and reviewing inventory counts.
– Keeping up-to-speed with the changes in the best practices in controlling inventory.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
