– To work closely with the E-Commerce Team to achieve sales and revenue targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
– To assist in managing the company's website.
– To assist the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to E-Commerce marketplaces
– To check closely on the inventory levels
– To ensure the website content and all pages, product and pricing on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times
– To engage and implement sales activities through social media platforms.
– To manage the items via online shops, ensuring that the maximum income is achieved.
– Prepare items for sale, including photographic merchandising; researching appropriate prices in preparation for sale, and ensuring the suitability and quality of items listed for sale.
– Ensure that all text prepared for listings and marketing purposes is clear, accurate and engaging.
– Responding to customer questions and queries in a timely manner as a professional on-line retailer at all times.
– Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
– To ensure that all sold items are dispatched in a prompt and efficient manner.
– Maintaining regular communication with the customer in the event of any delays.
– To actively participate in processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock levels.
– To maintain accurate records of items sold online, reconciling sales to withdrawal of funds from online trade.
– Identify website, process, and product inefficiencies and escalate.

**OUR PREFERRED CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE ;**
– **IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa Maju (opposite Aeon Big Wangsa Maju and near Wangsa Walk Mall)**:

– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in E-Commerce, Marketing or related fields
– A minimum of 1-2 years of E-Commerce experience in similar role
– Creative and innovative individual with a good eye for design
– Analytical skills
– Attention to detail
– Communication skills
– Keen interest in E-marketing and knowledge of how to use this to drive sales and promote the company
– Knowledge of principles of SEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
