Requirements

• Min possess Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant sales & marketing experience preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
• Possess good people management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills & problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport. (Willing to travel outstation)
• Good verbal & written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. (In order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates).
• Candidates must be willing to work in Penang

Responsibilities

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients by following up consistently, actively responding to their inquiries, and assisting in resolving problems on their behalf.
• Understand clients/ customers needs and develop their interest from there to turn into a selling point.
• Taking responsibility for entire sales process including negotiation, prospection, presentation and etc.
• Promote sales of existing products and be responsible in collection of due/ overdue payments from clients/ customers.
