Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Material inspection, test and measurement using Vernier Caliper, OD/ID micro-meter and dial indicator
- Record all test results and data accurately for traceability requirements
- Ensure the quality of the products meets company quality standard requirement
- Issue of Rejection Report / Non-Conformance Report. Defects photo taking for report compilation. Ensure Non-Conforming items are properly identified and segregated
Requirements:
- 'N' / 'O' Level/NTC/Higher/NITEC in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year QA/QC experience preferably in Metalworking environment
- Experience in Construction industry is an added advantage
- Familiar with various measurement equipment, such as the Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, CMM
- Able to read basic engineering drawing
