Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Chefs in Pastry production and food preparation as follows:
  • Measuring the ingredients accurately
  • Whipping of cream
  • Ensure the raw materials collected from the Store are correct
  • Cooking the filling properly
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Candidates have to ensure that the highest hygienically standard in preparation, storage and handling of food and equipments are adhered to and according to ENV standards.

Time Minimum 8 hours work per day (exclude break time)

Requirement – applicant must possess a Food Hygiene Certificate

Rate – $12 – $15 per hour (total CPF of 37% or prevailing rate will be paid by hotel)
