Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepares the Duty Roaster according to the events forecast.
- Prepares to work during weekends due to the events held at weekends.
- Follows instructions as per SOP for AV Function.
- Take care of AV equipment with PM and check in the Ballrooms.
- Take care of lighting in Ballrooms & Function rooms.
- Adjust the aircon temperature during the function as requested by the event organiser or the team.
- Coordinate and liaise with the Catering & Banquet Departments and other departments for AV testing and functions of the Events.
- Record and highlight any issues during events or AV equipment.
- Assists the duty personnel with Electrical issues whenever required after receiving fault calls or the Paging system.
- Knowledge and the ability to perform some simple electrical work.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
