AV Officer (Singapore)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prepares the Duty Roaster according to the events forecast.
2. Prepares to work during weekends due to the events held at weekends.
3. Follows instructions as per SOP for AV Function.
4. Take care of AV equipment with PM and check in the Ballrooms.
5. Take care of lighting in Ballrooms & Function rooms.
6. Adjust the aircon temperature during the function as requested by the event organiser or the team.
7. Coordinate and liaise with the Catering & Banquet Departments and other departments for AV testing and functions of the Events.
8. Record and highlight any issues during events or AV equipment.
9. Assists the duty personnel with Electrical issues whenever required after receiving fault calls or the Paging system.
10. Knowledge and the ability to perform some simple electrical work.
11. Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
