High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience (2 years) in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the jewelry industry.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

TANGGUNGJAWAB
• Verify received materials for accuracy in type and quantity from the Material
Control Department.
• Ensure precise issuance of materials to supervisors or craftsmen.
Receive and verify completed finished goods from supervisors and craftsmen.
• Accurately weigh all materials before issuance and finished goods before acceptance.
• Record all issuance and receipt transactions meticulously.
• Calculate and report material variances for supervisors or craftsmen.
• Safely keep and organize all materials under your care.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace (housekeeping).
• Issue purchase orders, setting orders, or repair orders for manufacturing purposes.
• Initiate material requests vien stock falls below minimum levels.
• Update material stock cards on a daily basis.
• Receive repair orders from the Materials Control Department.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on workmanship and gold account.
• Expedite or follow up on orders issued with supervisors or craftsmen.
• Perform daily data entry into computer systems.
Coordinate the transfer of finished goods to the Material Control Department.
• Generate and submit daily status reports.
° Strictly adhere to security procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
• Follow reasonable instructions provided by immediate superiors.
