Willing to work on Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Tanggungjawab

• Daily Report including daily balancing of stock cards and daily entering of KPI-updating Input and Output.

• Records of incoming items either customer's order or stock from order section and enter them into gold or diamond stock cards.

• Accountable for Purchase Back items

• Counter check on the quantity or physical item entered are the same with stock card.

• Supervise, train and verify the work done by the staff in the department.

To monitor the quality of goods from craftsman.

To ensure product made according to technical, physical wear.

To ensure all items check according to the company policy and guideline.

To minimize complaint on the product quality.

• Liaising with supplier on quality control issues.

• To ensure all items are made in order and correct according to the customers needs and design specifications.

• To ensure items received from supplier are matching with quantity.

weight, product specification and quality.

• Arrange for professional photoshoot for Patten Library unit for any new products.

• Conduct timely stock take for finished goods, WIP and raw materials.
