JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To follow up and reply to customers inquires regarding their product purchase on Social Media such as TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp.
- To build a long lasting relationship with customers.
- To make sure customers is satisfied and will repeat the product purchase.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Have previous experience as Customer Service/Sales Assistant/Telesales/ would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Required language: Bahasa Melayu is a MUST and English.
