Scope of Position
To prepare all the flower requirements for the guestrooms, function rooms and restaurants as requested by Housekeeping office. Also responsible in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to all guests with special focus in VIP arrivals.

Assistant Florist will report to Florist
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
- To check daily arrival assigned room report and event order to ensure flowers are done and delivered before arrival / function starts.
- To touch –up public area and outlet flower every morning.
- Stock check of flower delivered suppliers are fresh and good condition.
- To sign in / out at housekeeping department.
- Clean flower vases before dispatch to guest room.
- To keep work area clean.
- To ensure chiller and flower vase water are changed daily.
- Sign out attendance when going off duty and inform housekeeper.
- To perform any other additional duties that may be assigned to her.
- To change flowers at Club Lounge every Tuesday.
- Participate in meeting when required.
- To arrange festive decorations.
