Job Description
· Attend to customers’ enquiries, concerns and issues on freight services;
· Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents;
· Prepare billing to customers;
· Perform cargo acceptance documentation and handle customs clearance processing according to industry standards or sector requirements;
· Organize cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector.
Requirements
. Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
