Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform HR administrations, handling of recruitment & selection
  • Assist onboarding and off-boarding process
  • Assist to maintain and ensure accuracy of information in the HRM system and physical documents (ie. Employee records, leave, claims etc)
  • Monitor and process all work passes renewal and application
  • Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
  • Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Salary is commensurate with HR experiences in Singapore
  • Locally Candidates must be familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be proficient in computer skills such as Word and Excel
