Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 5 day work week
  • Basic salary + High Incentive
  • AWS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in calling and follow up of daily new Leads (Warm Leads)
  • Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
  • Customer service oriented, Positive and highly motivated individuals.
  • Target driven and possess can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident
  • Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
