Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 5 day work week
- Basic salary + High Incentive

- Staff discount, voucher and monthly redeemable treatment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in calling and follow up of daily new Leads (Warm Leads)
- Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
- Customer service oriented, Positive and highly motivated individuals.
- Target driven and possess can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skill
- Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident
- Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
