Job scope:
– Perform testing and repair of laptop and tablet
– Assist in answering technical queries at customer service counters
– Monitor stock inventory
Job requirements:
– Min 1 year experience
– Have troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software of Windows which includes:
Changing of laptop ram
Changing of laptop HDD / SDD
Changing of LCD / keyboard/ motherboard
Installing Windows
Installing Drivers.
Other Troubleshooting (Software & Hardware) as required
– Able to work independently
– Hardworking and is a team player
– No education level requirements
