Roles & Responsibilities
· Answers all incoming calls through the PABX switchboard.
· Handle all guest requests.
· Process Wake Up calls
· Process Messages for Guests
· Disperse Incoming Faxes with Accuracy
· Process F&B reservations and restaurant enquiries.
· Generate Room Service Orders
· Report fault to Vendors to maintain our in-house system (NGB/STARHUB/NEC/SINGTEL)
· Maintain and keep record of all Equipment and phones
