Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls through the PABX switchboard.
- Handle all guest requests.
- Process Wake Up calls
- Process Messages for Guests
- Disperse Incoming Faxes with Accuracy
- Process F&B reservations and restaurant enquiries.
- Generate Room Service Orders
- Report fault to Vendors to maintain our in-house system (NGB/STARHUB/NEC/SINGTEL)
- Maintain and keep record of all Equipment and phones
