oles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- To repair and troubleshoot all air conditioning, refrigerated and electrical systems including auxiliary throughout the hotel
- Service, repair and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the hotel
- To ensure all audiovisual equipment and system are maintained to manufactures specification to ensure trouble free operation at all times
- To carry out planned maintenance programmes for servicing as directed from time to time
- To conduct inspection of guestroom and public area daily and rectify unsightly wallpaper, plastering, masonry, plumbing fittings, air conditioning, fire system and light fused within shift operation
- Ensure One Stop Service request are carried out within 12 minutes
- Check all mechanical and electrical systems on equipment inclusive of servicing and checking of system control circuits
