Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Examined guests items for tears, stains, missing accessories etc. and owners are notified of it. If some are due to processing, then ensure these ar rectified or replaced
- Properly mark and sort guests items for washing and drying or for dry-cleaning
- Properly clean and pack guests items according to corresponding laundry list
- Promptly and efficiently collected and delivered guests items
- Carry special instruction from guest to staff concerned for proper action
- Check and inspect quality of laundry and dry-cleaning items being processed and special instructions are carried out
- Handle laundry billing and posting through computer and balance up accurately
