If you are armed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, write to us as you take on the following roles in our Communications Centre:
- Handling all inbound/ outbound calls.
- Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel.
- Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests' requests.
- Follow up on telephone faults.
Requirements:
- Prior experience is not required.
- Service Oriented
- Part time/ Full time applications are welcomed, flexible work arrangements available.
- Individual should be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week
