Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chefs in Pastry production and food preparation as follows:-
a) Measuring the ingredients accurately
b) Whipping of cream
c) Ensure the raw materials collected from the Store are correct
d) Cooking the filling properly
e) Any other duties as assigned.
Candidates have to ensure that the highest hygienically standard in preparation, storage and handling of food and equipments are adhered to and according to ENV standards.
Time – Minimum 8 hours work per day (exclude break time)
Requirement – applicant must possess a Food Hygiene Certificate
Rate – $12 – $15 per hour (total CPF of 37% or prevailing rate will be paid by hotel)
