The Role
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service
- Setup, display and replenish stocks efficiently and accurately with updated ticketing to ensure continuous stock availability
- Maintain high standard of hygiene of front and back of the house
- Perform accurate receiving of stocks (temperature, condition/quality of the fresh produce)
- Maintain the stocks and ensure it is within quality and display standards
- Perform opening and closing duties for Fresh Department
- Record wastage and disposal of fresh produce
- Process online orders and pick items to the highest quality
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
About You
- Phenomenal teammate and providing support to the team when required
- Passionate about customer service and process oriented!
- Demonstrates good teamwork and is committed and willingness to learn!
- Possessing a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate will be a plus
- Will be required to be able to carry/lift heavy goods
- To have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
