The Role:
- Planning of delivery routes for FMCG products
- Ensure the delivery team’s optimum productivity and utilization rates
- Using computer system for route planning
- Handle feedback and issues related to deliveries
- Handle ad-hoc emergency responses
- Work closely with drivers to ensure work efficiencies
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
About You
- Experience in handling a fleet of vehicles for delivery
- Able to handle large fleet of vehicles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in using logistics systems for route planning
- Able to commit to OT and shift hours when required due to high-volume operations
