JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Well versed with the beverage prices, bottle prices and all beverage policies
- Mix international and hotel cocktails
- Serve and upsell beverages. Maintain the highest standard of drink preparation
- Resolve guest complaints to their satisfaction and report all complaints to the Outlet Manager
- Check that all hard liquors are kept and locked
- Attend daily rolls
- Clean the bar area daily using the inspection checklist
- Responsible for the proper inventory of all liquor/beverage stocks
- Take food order and serve food in any outlet as required
- Responsible for the requisition of liquor/beverage stocks
- Do cashiering duties
- Able to use the computer for requisition of beverage stocks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good cash handling skills and competent with computerized cash register system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player and to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
