  • Manage Visitor Services Officer (VSO), Gallery Sitter and Museum Hosts including prompt feedback to staff for any lapses in service or practice. Monitor staff performance post feedback.
  • Perform annual competency checks for VSOs
  • Onboarding and training of new staff. Ensure orientation checklist and OJT is completed and schedule competency check with client.
  • To schedule new staff for orientation with client before actual deployment.
  • Prepare and check monthly reports for ticketing sales, which includes SISTIC, Vouch and 3rd party reseller tickets
  • Weekly cash deposit report to SISTIC
