- Manage Visitor Services Officer (VSO), Gallery Sitter and Museum Hosts including prompt feedback to staff for any lapses in service or practice. Monitor staff performance post feedback.
- Onboarding and training of new staff. Ensure orientation checklist and OJT is completed and schedule competency check with client.
- To schedule new staff for orientation with client before actual deployment
- For Gallery Sitters, to do special exhibition walkthrough before they start duty
- Manage inventory for collaterals and provide inventory update to client
- Oversee housekeeping of counter area
