Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct smoking/vaping cessation workshops and motivate children/youths in their quit journey
- Prepare and improvise workshop materials
- Implement and maintain preventive health programmes for children/youths in schools
- Identify individuals at health risk (smoking, obesity, chronic medical conditions) and formulate plans for outreach and intervention
- Assess school environment to recommend and execute suitable health promotion strategies and programmes
- Maintain good relationships with various stakeholders (school personnel, external agencies, other partners)
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Nursing, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
- 1 year of relevant experience, experience in conducting smoking cessation programmes would be advantageous
- Passionate in working with children and youth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation and time management skills
- Candidate should be resourceful, self-driven and able to work independently
