Receptionist/ Concierge
(Office Building at Alexandra)
Working hours: Mon – Fri (8am – 6pm) except Public Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
- Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- Professional appearance (own a black blazer and skirt).
- Proven working experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organise and multitask.
