CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (SHIFT REQUIRED) (SINGAPORE)
Responsibilities:
• Managing large amount of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and public holiday.
