Operations Management
– Learn and ensure food and beverage preparation are according to our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes
– Acquire knowledge and skills from all work stations
– Perform opening and closing duties of assigned work station/s
– Compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls
– Solicit feedback from customers, resolve customer issues and/or enquiries
– Ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep store cleanliness
Café Ambience
– Assist to upkeep and maintain station and store cleanliness
– Assist to ensure lightings, music and signages are in good working condition
– Assist to ensure digital menus, marketing collaterals are up-to-date
Financial Management
– Assist in cash handling according to Company procedures
– Assist to maintain stock levels and restock of items
– Assist to minimize wastages
Experience and Qualifications:
• Preferably with some experience as service staff in F&B related industry
• With some experience as a Barista with basic latte art skills is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/
