The Role:
- Assist daily operations and ensure all operational KPI measurements are closely monitored and achieved
- Analyse operational KPI to find out the root cause/bottleneck in the process
- Implement productivity/process improvements to ensure operational effectiveness
- Usage of SAP software to estimate the daily volume for the warehouse
- Managing operational costs such as the number of manpower needed
About You:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in managing and leading Operations team
- Detail-oriented
- A pro-active team player with hands-on approach
- Warehouse management experience in WMS environment
- 3PL experience is an advantage
