Role Description

Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for recording and maintaining the inventory information in the inventory management system. Duties will include inputting data on stock levels and ensuring data accuracy

  • Key in Raw Material, Vendor & Other Expenses Data in worksheet
  • Key in Semi Finished Goods & Finished Goods Data in worksheet

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow set procedures
  • Experience in inventory management or data entry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

 

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: RM8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
