As a Sales & Admin whiz, you'll be a dynamic duo of sales champion and admin ace. You'll own product knowledge, generate leads, and convert them into happy customers. Then, you'll dive into the admin side, ensuring orders and invoices are processed seamlessly, keeping inventory in check, and data sparkling clean. It's a fast-paced, ever-changing role where you'll be the glue that keeps the e-commerce wheels spinning.
Job description
- Manage assigned product portfolio: research, update, and maintain product knowledge in assigned eCommerce marketplaces
- Generate leads and inquiries through various online channels (e.g., social media, marketplaces).
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value through marketplaces promotional strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service via email and Live chat.
- Order processing and management: ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Invoicing and accounts receivable: manage customer invoices and payments.
- Inventory management: maintain accurate inventory levels and update product listings.
- Data entry and maintenance: update product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales and inventory data.
Requirement
- Proven experience in B2C or eCommerce sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.(Lazada, Shopee, etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of an eCommerce team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passion for e-commerce and online marketing.
- Must be able to work overtime occasionally during busy periods.
