Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct labeling of boxes and minimize cross labeling.
- Verify the number of pallets for each shipment to ensure that there are no discrepancies with the supporting documents.
- Checking of all incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure no variances in cargo
- Oversees the warehouse operations
- Arrange for the receiving of incoming cargo and releasing of outgoing cargo.
- Ensure the welfare of staff by maintaining good working relationships with them.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to facilitate smooth business transactions.
- Perform additional admin duties as assigned,by immediate superior
- Able to delegate jobs according to staffs’ strength
- Understanding of S.O.P and W.I of customer requirements
Job Requirements:
- Min 3-4 years relevant working experience.
- Min GCE “N” Level
- Good working knowledge in MS Office and responding to emails
- Forklift licence is a MUST. Ability to operate other MHE is a plus point.
- Comfortabele to do OT whenever required
