Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of Junior Dive Specialist, overseeing their work assignments, effectively managing resources to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of general maintenance.
- Ensure that not only himself but all team members are following the SEAA / Dive SOP’s and Corporate Compliance guidelines at all times
- Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of dive equipment.
- Service and repair dive equipment regularly where required.
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of dive exhibits, including dolphin pools and large exhibits (Daily siphoning of debris /waste and cleaning of acrylic panels in exhibits).
Job Requirements
- Possess SCUBA certification (Divemaster & above)
- Able to produce or to work towards giving high level of guest services
- Confident to work in an aquatic environment
- Good leadership, project management and organizational skills
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
