Roles & Responsibilities

Key accountabilities

  • Perform daily culinary operations and coordination ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers
  • Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity
  • Work closely with his/ her team on day to day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
  • Execution of food production in accordance to the process flow and procedure
  • Ensure that records are fill and ensure of their integrity
  • Report any faulty equipment
  • Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution
  • Ensuring all kitchen forms are updated during food production
  • Observe work place safety and food safety during food production
  • Processes adequate knife skill and interpersonal skill Various
  • Various Working location i.e. West and Central Area

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in central / commercial kitchen setting
  • Adhere strictly to halal requirements
  • Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene
