Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide assistance to the Finance Team by undertaking general administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Organize and match financial documents efficiently.
  • Establish and manage filing systems to ensure convenient access to records and documents.
  • Cover reception duties when necessary.
  • Execute miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and outstanding customer service abilities.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • GCE A Levels or Diploma
