Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Perform all payroll related functions for a headcount of approximately 300
  • Perform tax clearance and yearly reporting to authority
  • Submission of pro-family claims and any related authorities' salary claim e.g. NS reservist pay; childcare; paternity and maternity claims; FWL etc
  • Work with HR team in employee related claims e.g. Work Injury and H&S Claim
  • Process and maintain work pass; quotas and renewal requests
  • Perform monthly payroll reporting

Job Requirement

  • 1 to 2 years of payroll and related experience with work pass exposure
  • Diploma/Certificate/GCE "O" level in business related discipline

  • Confident to communicate and interact with all levels fluently in more than one language
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and possess a positive mindset with a "can do" attitude
  • Meticulous and focus in details
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team
