Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides check in, check out and to deliver service quality during the guest journey.
  • Check, follow up and coordinate daily affairs.
  • Provide supervision, training, motivation, and coaching to the Front Desk staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination of daily operations among all departments, staff, and managers.
  • Propose and introduce improvement scheme in system, work procedures and service standards.
  • Support the Front Office Manager and department in ensuring compliance with Front Office policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to property fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and requests, delivering personalized service to create memorable experiences.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
