Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and sales tasks, including preparing presentations and reports, conducting regional-level research, coordinating marketing collateral, working on design projects using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, overseeing monthly regional newsletters, planning social media content, assisting in event setup, and creating wedding tasting notes. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Presentations and Reports: Create visually appealing and informative presentations and reports that effectively communicate marketing strategies and performance.
Regional Research: Conduct research on regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional content.
Marketing Collateral Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely development and distribution of marketing collateral such as flyers, placemats, and menus.
Monthly Regional Newsletters: Develop monthly newsletters to share updates and relevant content.
Monthly Social Media Planning: Plan and schedule monthly social media content across various platforms to engage our audience and promote our brand.
Events Setup: Assist in the planning and setup of events.
Creating Wedding Tasting Notes: Prepare tasting notes for weddings and special events.
Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage various marketing tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
Qualifications
· Diploma in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on presentations, research, and graphic design.
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
