Roles & Responsibilities

You will assist the Master Chef with the smooth operation of the kitchen production at Min Jiang Restaurant, providing the necessary expertise in Chinese culinary production, in accordance to the Hotel's high standard in food preparation, production and presentation.

Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum 3 years of Chinese culinary experience in the same capacity
  • Must have the ability to create and present innovative ideas in culinary production and decorations.
  • Possess good leadership and organising skills.
  • Result oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
  • Highly creative and has keen eyes for details
