Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure all accounts receivables, account payables, general ledgers and bank reconciliation are updated in a timely manner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle AP & AR related matters
- Perform bank reconciliation and GL schedules
- Perform billings and administrative duties
- Liaising with customers/associates on payment matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, committed and self-motivated
