The Role:

As a Jewelry Sales Associate at Yukimoto, you will represent our commitment to luxury and style. This role is uniquely suited for individuals who have an eye for fashion and luxury trends, are passionate about engaging with customers online, and enjoy working in a serene, focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify Yukimoto’s high standards in fashion and luxury through both in-store and online customer interactions.
• Play an active role in creating content for social media platforms to engage our online audience and drive online sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on building our online customer base while maintaining a tranquil in-store atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our jewelry collections, with a keen ability to convey product value and craftsmanship effectively, especially in digital communications.
• Offer personalized styling advice and assist customers in their jewelry selection through various online channels.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the luxury retail space, adapting to a sales environment where online interactions are key.
• Participate in store operations, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized presentation, both physically and virtually.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about fashion and luxury brands, with relevant experience in jewelry or high-end retail.
• Skilled in customer service, with a talent for digital communication and social media engagement.
• Proactive and highly motivated, thriving in a tranquil, focused work setting.
• Eagerness to grow with Yukimoto, embracing both our in-store and online retail strategies.
• Previous experience in retail and digital content creation is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
