Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of PCs, Laptops and mobile phones.
- Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
- Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
- Research new methods, both hardware and software to resolve common problems or troubleshooting common problems.
- Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
- Ensure proper use of tools issued.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
- Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.
Requirements
- Customer oriented with good communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
- Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
- Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.
- 6 day work week
- Working Time: 12noon to 9pm
