Who We Need
- You will be part of the Clinical Pastoral Care team that provides emotional, spiritual and religious support to all patients regardless of faith and race.
- The team also extends a caring and therapeutic environment to caregivers and staff.
How to Succeed
- Minimum 1 year of clinical pastoral experience or working experience in social services.
- A keen interest in Clinical Pastoral Care with Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or a graduate qualification in counselling or psychology or social work.
- A commitment to ongoing advanced training in clinical pastoral skills as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with the ability to establish rapport with people from all levels.
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of healthcare ethics will be an advantage.
