Job Description
* Manage all customer order from marketplace or inhouse team for delivery
* To process the orders accurately as per customers' requirements
*Check payments from customer bank in and monitor daily cash everyday
*To coordinate with operations team to ensure shipment deliveries are being uplifted as per schedules
*Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store
*Issue an invoice or do from system
*Do stock inventory and also packaging
*Key in customer data and able to deal with customer when needed.
*To keep good communication and relationship with customer
