1. Position Title: Sales Associate
2. Job Summary:Responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in a baby and toys retail environment.
3. Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
– Recommend and demonstrate products to meet customers' needs.
– Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
– Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
– Monitor and restock inventory on the sales floor.
– Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
– Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
– Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities.
– Follow company policies and procedures.
4. Qualifications:
-Sijil/STPM/Diploma/Degree of any related course can apply
– Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
– Knowledge or interest in baby and toy products.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
– Basic computer and cash handling skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
