Job Details

• To ensure the production produce as per schedule / planned.
• To monitor closely the production target is achieved.
• Give orders and instructions to operators so that each member of the production line is aware of what they need to do and what they’re responsible for to maximize quality and productivity.
• To complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line, from updating records to show what’s been completed to noting any issues.
• To assign tasks based on what orders have come in and which members of the team are working on each day.
• To ensure all machine are operating in good condition.
• Set up the production line to complete these orders efficiently.
• If there are any issues with production or fulfilling orders on time, supervisor quickly identify these problems and find ways to resolve them so that deadlines are still met without compromising quality.
• Ability to meet production standards, complete work in timely manner.

Requirements :-

• Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical / Polymer Engineering or equivalent will be at an advantage.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably knowledge or working experience in compounding & PVC/PE Extrusion processes.
• Able to work in a plastic extrusion working environment.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Min 2 years experience in Automotive/Manufacturing sector
• Physical fit to the working requirement.
